Ladies and Gentlemen We Have a Winner!

Congratulations to Elaine Izumoto from Manhattan Beach for being the first person to make the Secret Dish of Lemongrass Grilled Beef and Rice Noodle Salad.  She took home the prize of Estancia Grassfed Beef!
