Shopping List for Mother's Day Meal

Here's the shopping list for those of you who are running out to the market today and want to get a head start on your cooking!

Produce
Mint
7-8 Lemons
Butter lettuce
Fresh dill
1 Red onion
Celery
Strawberries
Dairy
Eggs
Sour cream
 4 – 8 oz, packages Cream cheese
Butter
Milk
Protein
2 lbs. center-cut skinless salmon fillet (for 4 people, add 1/2 lb for  each additional guests)
Dry Goods
Whole coriander seeds
Olive oil
Sugar

Raspberry Vinegar 
Rosewater (You can find it at Middle Eastern or Indian Grocery stores), also pick up dried rose petals if you see them there.
Vanilla extract
Graham crackers
Capers
Miscellaneous
Jar of store-bought lemon curd/ or homemade
